These terms govern your use of mysite-name's florist services across England. Please read them carefully before placing any orders to ensure a clear understanding of our floral services, customer responsibilities, and the ordering process.

1. Service Agreement

By using our florist services—whether through orders, consultations, or workshop bookings—you agree to these terms. Our floral services operate in compliance with relevant UK trading standards and floristry industry practices.

We provide professional florist services including flower arrangements, delivery, event decoration, and floral workshops through our qualified florists across England.


2. Service Scope and Floral Standards

Our services include floral arrangements, wedding flowers, event decoration, flower delivery, and floristry workshops. We focus on providing quality floral designs using fresh, seasonal flowers and professional techniques.

While we create arrangements to high standards, floral outcomes can be influenced by seasonal availability, flower quality, and specific customer requests. We provide honest assessments and use our floral expertise to create beautiful arrangements.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service outcomes, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information and contact details
  • Specify any allergies or floral preferences
  • Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries
  • Provide clear instructions for special occasions
  • Respond to florist queries in a timely manner

Clear communication about your occasion and preferences helps us create arrangements that meet your expectations.


4. Floral Consultation and Recommendations

Our florists will consult on your requirements and provide professional recommendations for suitable arrangements. We consider seasonality, occasion, and your preferences to suggest appropriate floral designs.

We reserve the right to decline orders that require flowers not in season or arrangements that may not travel well given delivery constraints.


5. Quotations and Order Confirmation

Quotations are provided based on current flower availability and are valid for 7 days. Order confirmation requires written approval of the quotation and payment according to the terms. Work begins once confirmation is received.

Changes to orders after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery timing, which will be communicated before proceeding.


6. Flower Selection and Seasonal Availability

We work with seasonal flowers to ensure quality and freshness. While we accommodate specific requests, seasonal availability may require substitutions with flowers of similar style and value.

We provide information about proposed substitutions and seek approval when specific requested flowers are unavailable.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed order terms. For standard deliveries, full payment is required at time of ordering. For weddings and events exceeding £300, we typically require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

Late payments may affect order processing and future service scheduling. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until outstanding payments are received.


8. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on order complexity, preparation requirements, and delivery routes. We provide realistic delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to variables in the preparation and delivery process.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm, subject to flower availability and delivery location.


9. Flower Care and Longevity

We provide care instructions with each delivery to help extend the life of your flowers. Flower longevity can vary based on type, season, and environmental conditions in the recipient's location.

While we use quality flowers and proper conditioning techniques, we cannot guarantee specific longevity periods for floral arrangements.


10. Substitutions and Flower Quality

We may substitute flowers of similar or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable due to seasonality or supply issues. Substitutions will maintain the overall style, colour scheme, and value of the original arrangement.

We inspect all flowers for quality before arrangement but cannot control how flowers may react to different environments after delivery.


11. Cancellation and Changes

Orders may be cancelled without charge with 48 hours notice for standard arrangements. Wedding and event orders require 4 weeks notice for full refund. Once flowers have been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, and costs incurred will be charged.

Order changes after work has begun may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.


12. Delivery and Recipient Availability

We require someone to be available to receive floral deliveries. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave arrangements in a safe place or with neighbours, following your instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for flowers left in safe places after delivery.

Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges if initial delivery fails due to recipient unavailability.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the floral arrangements provided. We cannot accept responsibility for recipient allergies, personal preferences, or environmental factors affecting flower longevity after delivery.

We maintain appropriate business insurance and follow industry best practices in our floral services.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
